A former IMSA Prototype Lites and SCCA Formula Atlantic driver, Chip Romer won the 2022 SCCA Runoffs National Championship in Prototype 1, before turning his attention to the Radical Cup in 2024, racing SR10s with One Motorsport. The Arizona based driver immediately impressed, finishing inside the top six on debut. His maiden podium came just two rounds later at Road America, before his break through win at Laguna Seca the same month. Multiple podiums followed, resulting in an outstanding third place in the championship in his rookie year.
